My return to flow

I had all the boxes ticked. The job. The house. The relationship.

On paper, everything was in place.

Inside, something felt missing.

I knew there had to be more.

I didn’t feel fulfilled. I felt restless, waiting for Friday to come, wondering why life felt like it was happening to me instead of through me.

When life unexpectedly unticked one of those boxes for me, I was forced to pause. What I discovered was both uncomfortable and liberating, I had been chasing goals that were never truly mine.

That moment cracked something open in me and awakened a deeper curiosity about what it really means to live in alignment with my own values, rather than someone else’s checklist.

As a primary school teacher, I loved creating a safe space for children to explore, question, and connect with themselves. I saw how mindfulness and meditation helped them navigate their emotions and grow into who they were meant to be.

And when I began supporting parents too, I noticed how thought patterns ripple through families, shaping not only how we live, but how the next generation learns to live.

Motherhood deepened this calling for me. My daughter has been my greatest teacher, reminding me of what really matters: presence, connection, and living in a way that honours both the wisdom of our bodies and the natural rhythms of life.

She reflects back to me every day the importance of slowing down, listening within, and questioning the noise of the world.

Many of us drift away from our own inner compass without realising it. With so many voices around us, it is easy to lose touch with our own rhythm. But there is another way. Softer. clearer. More authentic. A way where you can turn inward and trust what you hear. There is such power in that simple choice.

Through deep inner work, meditation, and my own journey of unlearning, I found what truly mattered. Now, I get to help people see beyond the veil of distraction and routine.

It is safe to untick the boxes.

Safe to change them.

Safe to release the conditioning.

Safe to return to flow.

Safe to walk the path that feels right, simply because it feels right.

My work is not about pushing you into change. It is about guiding you back to your own authority. Your own truth. Your own energy.

When we live connected to our values, our presence, and our natural rhythm, we create not only freedom for ourselves, but a ripple effect of healing for the world around us.

my path of training & experience

From Yoga and Reiki to Mindfulness and Meditation. I have worked with top practitioners to develop the high levels required for my own healing practice…

My healing journey has been a tapestry of practices, teachers, and experiences that have shaped how I hold space today. Each step has given me not only tools but deeper self-awareness, and it’s from that lived experience that I now guide others.

  • Intuitive Energy Healing is my most recent training and the practice that ties together all of my previous experience. This work deepens my ability to tune into the body’s wisdom, gently release trapped emotions, and more, which supports lasting transformation on an energetic and soul level.  For years, I’ve been receiving sessions with a gifted healer who helped me release deep layers of emotion, conditioning, and energetic weight. I will always hold so much gratitude for how her work supported me through profound shifts. In 2025, for the first time, she opened a course to share her teachings, and I felt called to step in. Now, I carry forward everything I have learned, so I can offer the same depth of support and transformation that once helped me.
  • Coaching with Mindful Talent is a deep dive into my own beliefs and patterns, as well as training to become a Transformational Life and Mindset Coach. This gave me the foundations to guide others through profound changes and into alignment.
  • Meditation with Brett Moran at Bodhi Yoga Meditation began as a personal meditation journey that unfolded into teaching. Today, I use intuition and channelled guidance to create meditations in the moment that meet each person exactly where they are.
  • Reiki Mastery I was trained in the Usui lineage. I first received the teachings through my mum, who studied extensively with William Lee Rand. Reiki opened me to the subtle layers of energy, intuition, and the quiet power of healing touch.
  • Advanced Theta Healing with Skylar Acamesis at Bourgeon is a modality helped me access and shift subconscious blocks and energetic imprints, supporting transformation at the deepest level of beliefs and patterns.
  • Yoga Teacher Training at Pachamama, Costa Rica, was a grounding journey that strengthened my connection to body, breath, and presence, showing me how movement itself can be medicine.

From yoga to energy healing, and from coaching to meditation, each path has been a step in remembering my own truth and cultivating the skills to guide others. Today, I weave these practices together intuitively, allowing each session or journey to unfold uniquely in alignment with what your soul most needs.

continuous development

Growth is not separate from healing, it is part of it.

I am currently deepening my understanding of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and the science behind meditation and change.

Healing and learning walk hand in hand. I believe that remaining in a state of flow is supported by a willingness to stay curious, open, and inspired. Seeking new learning or fresh perspectives naturally creates excitement, and that excitement is not random — it is guidance. It points us toward alignment and our true purpose. Wherever you feel genuine excitement, that is where your energy is asking to move.

From a nervous-system and neuroscience perspective, growth and change support longevity and vitality. When we repeat the same habits and patterns, the brain remains in familiar pathways. While comfort can feel safe, it is often gentle change that creates new neural connections, expanding awareness, presence, and joy. Although change can feel challenging, it is also what brings more fluidity to life, helping us feel more alive, engaged, and connected to ourselves and the world around us.
