How Sessions Work

Each session is unique, just like you.

This page is here to help you feel relaxed, informed, and supported before your session even begins. Whether you’re joining for Intuitive Energy Healing or Reiki Healing & Guided Meditation, everything is designed to create a safe, nurturing space where your energy can soften, clear, and realign.

Before Your Session

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here

Booking

Once you book your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation message with the date, time, and instruction for online video call, or direction for in person sessions.

What you need

For online sessions:

• A private quiet space where you won’t be disturbed

• Optional earphones if online

• A comfortable seat or place to lie down

• A glass of water to stay hydrated through the session.

• You are welcome to have any crystals present that you feel support you

• Essential oils or incense in your own space can be calming if it feels comforting

For in-person sessions (Nicaragua only):

Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle into the space.

Setting your intention

You don’t need to prepare anything special. Just hold a gentle intention such as:

• “I’m open to receiving what’s meant for me.”

• “I’m ready to release what no longer serves me.”

• “I’m open to clarity, support, and healing.”

This opens your energy beautifully.

During Your Session

Each session is different, but they often follow this natural flow:

1. A gentle check-in

We begin with a short conversation where you can share:

• How you’re feeling

• What’s been present for you

• Anything you’d like support with

This helps me tune into your energy field and understand what you need in this moment.

2. Guided grounding

You’re guided into stillness through breath, body awareness, or soft visualisation. Your system begins to calm, open, and soften.

3. The healing work

Depending on your session, this may include:

Intuitive Energy Healing:

Working with your energy field, I intuitively test to see what is a priority for you for that day. Every session will bring something new, depending on what is calling for a release and rebalance. Areas that show up could look like: a chakra rebalance, clearing trapped emotions, clearing energetic blocks, and more. We release these through the breath or visualisation with intention. We will also identify any supports that are needed to restore emotional and energetic harmony.

Reiki Healing and Guided Meditation:

Channelled universal life force energy to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, inner peace, and energetic flow. A guided journey inward to connect with your intuition, soften emotional layers, and invite clarity or release. You may feel warmth, tingles, lightness, emotion, calm, spaciousness… or simply deep rest. Everything is welcome. Everything is normal.

4. Integration & reflection

We end with a gentle conversation where you can share anything that came up or simply take a quiet moment. I may offer insights, or simple grounding suggestions, always in a supportive, non-directive way.

After Your Session

It is important to take the time to allow the energies to integrate

After your session you may feel:

• Lighter
• Calmer
• Clearer
• Emotional release
• Deeply relaxed
• More connected to yourself
• Tired (this is normal as the nervous system resets)

Your body continues integrating the work for hours or even days.

Drink water & rest

Hydration, rest, and slowness help the energy settle.

Journaling

You may want to write down:

• Insights
• Emotions
• Anything that shifted
• A beautiful exercise: Write the title “What does my soul want to tell me today?” and write without thought

This can anchor your experience.

How Often Should I Have Sessions?

This depends entirely on your needs.

Some people come:

• weekly for emotional or energetic resets

• monthly for maintenance and clarity

• intuitively, only when they feel called

There is no “right” timeline. Your energy will tell you.

Online or In Person?

Both work beautifully. Online Sessions Energy does not need physical proximity. Most clients say online sessions feel just as powerful, often even deeper, because they’re in their own safe space.

In-Person Sessions

These are available in Nicaragua and offer the same level of deep support with the added warmth of physical presence.
